Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Certain U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and similar laws) give residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.
Our position
USEquity does not sell your personal information for money, and we never sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent. Some analytics and advertising cookies, however, may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under these laws.
How to opt out
- Opt-out preference signals. Where required, we honor recognized browser signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Enabling GPC in your browser communicates your opt-out automatically.
- By email. Send a request to [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share."
- Cookie controls. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings; see our Cookie Policy.
Other privacy rights
You may also have rights to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details and how to exercise them. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require verification of the agent's authority and your identity.
