This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Broadcast Media Inc (doing business as USEquity.net) ("USEquity," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and safeguards information in connection with usequity.net and any related pages, forms, and messaging programs (together, the "Services"). It also explains the choices and rights you have. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

The Services are operated by Broadcast Media Inc (d/b/a USEquity.net), an entity organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with its principal office at 1712 Pioneer Ave., Ste 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

2. Scope

This Policy applies to information we process about visitors to our website, individuals who contact us, individuals who request a consultation, and individuals who enroll in our text-message ("SMS/MMS") program. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not control.

3. Categories of information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers and contact data — such as your name, email address, mobile telephone number, and postal or city/state location.
• Communications — the contents of messages, form submissions, consultation requests, and correspondence you send to us, including preferred days, times, and topics.
• Consent and transaction records — records of the consents you provide (for example, SMS opt-in), the date, time, and method of consent, and IP address at the time of submission.
• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type and settings, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, dates and times of access, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies — identifiers and preferences stored on your device. See our Cookie Policy.
• Inferences — limited inferences drawn from the above to understand how the Services are used and to improve them.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. See Section 13.

4. Sources of information

We collect information (a) directly from you when you submit a form, opt in, or contact us; (b) automatically from your device when you use the Services; and (c) from service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, and message-delivery vendors).

5. How we use information

• To provide the Services and respond to your inquiries and consultation requests.
• To send the text or email communications you have requested, including the USEquity Brief program.
• To maintain records of consent and to operate the messaging program in compliance with applicable rules.
• To operate, maintain, secure, measure, debug, and improve the Services.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements.

6. SMS / text messaging information

If you opt in to our text-message program, we collect and use your mobile number and related consent records to deliver automated promotional messages as described in our Messaging Terms. The program is subject to the following:

• No sale or sharing of SMS data. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, telephone numbers, or consent with any third party for that third party's own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
• Limited service providers. We share your mobile number only with the messaging platform(s) that deliver our messages on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and only to operate the program.
• Opt out anytime. Reply STOP to any message to stop. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on user interaction. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Cookies and analytics

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences (such as your light/dark theme), and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser and, where required, through recognized opt-out preference signals. See the Cookie Policy for details.

8. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers / processors — vendors that perform functions on our behalf (hosting, content delivery, analytics, form processing, email and SMS delivery), bound by contract to protect the information and use it only as instructed.
• Legal and safety — to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; to enforce our terms; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of USEquity, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. Certain analytics or advertising cookies may constitute "sharing" or a "sale" under some state laws; see Section 10 and our Do Not Sell or Share page.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain consent and legal records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it using reasonable measures.

10. Your U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have some or all of the following rights:

• the right to know/access the personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it;
• the right to correct inaccurate personal information;
• the right to delete personal information, subject to exceptions;
• the right to data portability (a copy of your information);
• the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising; and
• the right to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to exercise. Submit a request to [email protected]. We will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we may require proof of the agent's authority and verification of your identity. Where required, you may appeal a decision by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome.

California "Shine the Light." California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.

11. EEA/UK rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Our legal bases for processing are: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we transfer information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12. Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

14. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party websites or resources we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

15. Do Not Track and preference signals

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" or global privacy control (GPC) signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals as a valid request to opt out of "sale"/"sharing." See Do Not Sell or Share.

16. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
