Messaging Terms
These Messaging Terms ("Messaging Terms") govern the USEquity Brief text-message program (the "Program") operated by Broadcast Media Inc (doing business as USEquity.net) ("USEquity," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Messaging Terms and to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. These Messaging Terms incorporate the consent disclosures presented at the point of sign-up.
1. Program description and use case
The Program sends automated promotional messages by SMS and/or MMS. Messages keep enrolled users informed about home equity options, resources, and updates from USEquity. Broadcast Media Inc (d/b/a USEquity.net) provides consumer education regarding home equity in the United States, and the Program is a channel for related promotional communications.
2. Consent to receive messages
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on a Program sign-up form and submitting it, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) from Broadcast Media Inc dba USEquity.net at the mobile number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of, and are authorized to provide consent for, the number you submit.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on user interaction. We may send messages in response to your activity, requests, or eligibility, and frequency is not fixed.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. We do not charge a fee for the messages themselves; any charges are billed by and payable to your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to opt out — STOP
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP (or any standard opt-out keyword such as END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL) to any message from the Program. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further Program messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of the Program does not opt you out of other communications you may have separately requested.
6. How to get help — HELP
For help, reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call (888) 929-9492.
7. Eligibility
The Program is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old, are residents of the United States, and have a compatible wireless device on a participating carrier. By enrolling, you confirm you meet these requirements and that you will not enroll a number that is not yours without authorization.
8. Supported carriers and delivery
Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. T-Mobile and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes to your number
You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate the mobile number you enrolled, by replying STOP or contacting [email protected], so that messages are not sent to a reassigned number.
10. Privacy
Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information, telephone numbers, or consent with third parties for their marketing. Your number is shared only with the messaging provider(s) that deliver our messages on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
11. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree not to use the Program for any unlawful or abusive purpose and not to send us content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing. We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broadcast Media Inc disclaims all warranties relating to the Program and is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in or inability to use the Program, including undelivered or delayed messages. Program content is informational and is not financial, legal, or tax advice. See our Disclaimer.
13. Changes to these Messaging Terms
We may modify the Program or these Messaging Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
