Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Broadcast Media Inc (doing business as USEquity.net) ("USEquity," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of usequity.net and related pages, forms, consultations, and messaging programs (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, our Messaging Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Informational purpose only; no professional advice

The Services are an independent informational and educational resource. Nothing on or provided through the Services — including articles, guides, FAQs, consultations, or messages — is financial, legal, investment, mortgage, real-estate, or tax advice, and no advisory, fiduciary, agency, or professional relationship is created by your use of the Services. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, real-estate broker or agent, loan originator, or financial, legal, or tax adviser. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional before making decisions about your property or finances. See our Disclaimer.

3. No warranty of accuracy

We strive for accuracy, but make no representation or warranty that content is complete, accurate, current, or applicable to your circumstances. Figures, ranges, and examples are illustrative and may not reflect current rates, programs, or rules. You use and rely on the content at your own risk and discretion.

4. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also revise these Terms; changes are effective when posted, as indicated by the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems, or breach or circumvent security;
  • scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without our prior written permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • introduce malware or any malicious code; or
  • misrepresent your identity or provide a telephone number you are not authorized to use.

6. User submissions

If you submit information through a form, consultation request, or message, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We may use submissions to respond to you and operate the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and all content, design, text, graphics, logos, and the USEquity.net name and marks are owned by Broadcast Media Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, policies, or practices of any third party, and links do not constitute endorsement.

9. Advertising and disclosures

The Services may contain advertising, sponsored content, or affiliate links, and we may receive compensation. Such compensation does not influence our editorial content. See our Disclaimer for details.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BROADCAST MEDIA INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Broadcast Media Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

14. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class waiver

Please read this section carefully. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Broadcast Media Inc waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court, the exclusive venue will be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
